Product Download Policy

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only.

After your purchase has been approved, your order will be processed immediately.  

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email using the email address you provided in your account information. (if you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder)

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the link you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you can successfully access our products. Orders are limited to 5 downloads and will include recent updates. We will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Refund Policy

The industry standard indicates that NO REFUNDS are offered on digital products once downloaded.

We understand that refunds are a part of business, and our material may not always meet everyone’s expectations. Your refund requests made after you have downloaded our product will be handled on a case-by-case basis and issued at our sole discretion.

All Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase.

Our refund policy aims to give you, our valued customers peace of mind, but they do need to be mutually beneficial to both you, and Children’s Choice. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.

We have put the following in place to help you, the customer with your decision-making process.

• We have been very honest with our website copy.
• We try our best to make sure our product delivers what it promises.
• We have included clear, detailed product descriptions.
• We have included free material for you to gage the standard of all material.
• We have provided useful supporting documentation and answers to common FAQ’s.

Your refund request will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is issued at our sole discretion.

We will get back to within 48 hours with our decision.

Refunds will be made through the Payfast payment gate and may take up to 21 working days to process.

Fraud Prevention Policy

The risk for us is that a customer will purchase and download all our material worth thousands of dollars, and then ask for a full refund. This is indicative of fraud. It’s unfortunate these scenarios exist and that we need to protect ourselves from them. We have tried to find the balance and structure in our refund policy that discourages fraud while protecting honest customers.

Therefore, refund requests are subject to a maximum of 1 purchased downloads only.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have NOT downloaded our product, we will issue you a refund upon your request, simply follow the steps set below:

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Children’s Choice. (our “Site”).

Personal information collected

When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse our Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to in our Site, and information about how you interact with our Site. We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfil any orders placed through our Site Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
